If you have the advantage of a large kitchen, then having a multiple bowl sink will be a convenience. Let's say you stack the dishes in one bowl, you still have one or two more bowls to clean the vegetables. In the case of a small kitchen, it's better to have a single bowl sink. If you have more than one cook in the house, then having two sinks is not a bad idea provided you have a large enough kitchen.
